Emma Schnolis


Year: Senior

Major: Biomedical Health Sciences

Emma starting riding in Virginia Beach, Virginia at the age of six. Since then, she has continued her riding, showing and competing in the hunters and equitation all over the country. Since joining the Purdue Equestrian Team in the Fall of 2021, Emma has competed in Open Fences and Flat for her team as well as qualified individually for both Regional and Zone finals. At the 2022 IHSA National Championships Emma placed 8th in Open Fences and 7th in Open Flat for her team. Emma is very excited for this season and the opportunity to share her experience with her teammates and to support them as they achieve their goals!

Outside of PET, Emma is involved in Mortar Board and is a Research Assistant focusing on Women’s Public Health. When she’s not at school you can find her at the barn riding her own horse Flash!
